Our five page intermediate package comprises of the following components.

• One homepage, one contact page including an online enquiry form and an additional three internal pages to be used to display the organisations services or goods.
• The registration of a relevant web site / domain name.
• Email address or addresses upto a maximum of five.
• Web site and email hosting for a period of one year.
• Search engine submission and optimisation (SEO).

homepage

The homepage would comprise of an introduction to the site and your organisation. Your organisation logo any relevant photography and text. Navigation to all the remaining pages.

contact page

Your contact page will hold all relevant contact details including your organisation name, address and telephone numbers. The page will also include an online enquiry form to allow your site visitors to send information direct to your email address. This information may include your visitors name, company name (if applicable) , email address, contact telephone number and any additional information relating to the enquiry.

Internal pages

Your internal pages will be used to display your goods or to inform visitors of the services you provide. Upto a maximum of 5 relavant images or photographs will be placed on each page along with all relavent text.

content text

The text you wish to appear on your website can either be supplied on current promotional material/brochures, by post or sent by email. If Freedom Web Design need to retype any information, an hourly fee will be charged. For reasons of accuracy and speed we would prefer that all relevant text be supplied in a digital format, such as email or on cd/dvd.

site photography

All photography or images that you wish to be used on the web site are to be supplied to Freedom Web Design in digital format and supplied via email or on cd/dvd rom. Freedom Web Design will however scan photographs, negatives or film if you cannot provide the relavent photographs or images digitally. A maximum of 5 images will be used on each page of the site where relavent.

After consultation a relevant web site / domain name will be registered on your behalf.

This is where your fully designed site will actually be kept, just like files within a filing cabinet in your home or office. However unlike your files, your web site will be able to be viewed by anybody with access to a computer anywhere in the world.
